This Privacy Policy explains how Changsha Little Oyster Technology Co., Ltd ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the DeepTally mobile application. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide directly:

• Account data: If you create a Pro account, we may collect your name, email address, and organization name.
• Attendance records: Employee names/IDs, check‑in/out times, shift schedules, and notes that you enter.

b) Information collected automatically:

• Device identifiers: Anonymous device ID, Android version, and crash logs for analytics and bug fixing.
• Bluetooth connection logs: Timestamps of device pairing or beacon detection solely to verify attendance functionality. We do not record the content of any Bluetooth communication beyond connection status.

c) Files & storage:

• When you export attendance data to Excel, the App creates a file in your chosen storage location. We do not access or upload this file.
• When you import an Excel file, the App reads the selected file on your device to populate shifts or employee lists. The file is processed locally and is never transmitted to our servers.

What we DO NOT collect:

• Precise GPS location. Although Android may group Bluetooth scanning under “location” permission, we never read or store your geographical coordinates.
• Contacts, call logs, photos, or media outside of the explicit Excel import/export context.
• Biometric data or sensitive health information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information strictly for:

• Delivering the core attendance service (clock‑in/out logging, synchronization).
• Generating and exporting reports you request.
• Maintaining and improving the App’s performance and stability.
• Communicating with you about service updates, billing (if applicable), or support inquiries.
• Complying with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

All attendance records are stored locally on your device and, if you enable cloud sync, on encrypted servers located in the Asia‑Pacific region. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

4. Data Retention & Your Control

• You can export or delete all attendance data directly from the App at any time.
• If you uninstall the App, local data is removed. Cloud‑synced data is retained until you request deletion via email.
• We retain minimal operational logs for up to 12 months to ensure service reliability.

5. Third‑Party Services

DeepTally uses the following trusted third‑party services only to provide core functionality:

• Google Play Services (for in‑app purchases, crash reporting, and optional cloud backup).
• Firebase (for anonymous analytics and crash reporting). You can learn about Firebase’s data handling at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

We do not integrate any advertising SDKs or third‑party trackers.

6. Children’s Privacy

DeepTally is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed on servers outside your country of residence. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your information remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, rectify, or erase your personal data.
• Restrict or object to our processing of your data.
• Data portability (export your data in a machine‑readable format).
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
